Instructions

Massage the scalp during daily shampoo.
Shampoo while drawing a circle to pull up the muscles of the scalp as if you were massaging.

Loosen the scalp from below, especially for the top of the head which tends to be stiff. Massage thoroughly after loosening the area around it.

Finally, press the "Tenchu" (the hollow part of the collar) with your thumb. While gradually applying force, press the acupoint for about 3 seconds and slowly release your finger.
